Bank of America was looking for brand design strategy for their website. They wanted to explore what their various segments were looking for in a financial services website.

BofA asked to research their existing website, segment wants/needs/desires, and come up with a positioning for their website across branding, content, usability, services. They wanted to look into the future and have a brand positioning that would last at least 5 years for the site’s vision.

The research and strategy is not shared here for confidentiality reasons, but the solution  “Everything you need to make the right financial decisions” was explored across various designs shown here.
